Kenneth is the founder and CEO of Koidra Inc, a tech company that aims to change the industrial control industry using cutting edge research in AI, IoT and Cloud+Edge computing. Before Koidra, Kenneth was a Principal Applied Scientist at Microsoft Research (MSR). While at MSR, he led the Sonoma team, winning the first autonomous greenhouse challenge (2018), becoming the only AI team that outperformed expert Dutch growers. Kenneth is also a founder of Ayo Biomass, a woody biomass fuel manufacturer in Vietnam with a capacity of more than 150,000 metric tonnes per year. He led the development of the plant, including the process flow and automation setup. He has presented at the 2021 International AIoT Workshop, and he holds a Ph.D. in Computational and Applied math from the University of Texas at Austin.
