Prior to joining Konrad USA, Mr. da Silva was Director of Engineering at Apple, Inc – Cupertino, California and before that he was Vice President of Operations at Siemens COM, Inc – San Diego, California.

April 4, 2017 - Konrad Technologies, a provider of application specific automated test solutions has undertaken several strategic initiatives to expand and accelerate its global footprint. To strengthen the company’s development capabilities, Konrad announced today that Mauricio da Silva, previously Director of Engineering at APPLE, Inc., has joined Konrad USA as Vice President of Engineering.

Konrad´s test and measurement solutions leverage globally distributed engineering expertise in areas such as ADAS – Advanced Driver Assistance Systems – test solutions, Sensor Fusion – LiDAR, Radar, and Cameras – simulation test, ICT, RF, automation, haptics, vision and acoustics that provide OEM’s with advanced analytics designed to shorten time to market and improve quality.

Prior to joining Konrad USA, Mr. da Silva was Director of Engineering at Apple, Inc – Cupertino, California and before that he was Vice President of Operations at Siemens COM, Inc – San Diego, California.

Mr. da Silva holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Federal Technology Education Center, now Federal Technology University, Curitiba, Brazil, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, Los Angeles, California.
