October 12, 2015 - The ISA Security Compliance Institute (ISCI) announced today that Japan-based KPMG Consulting Co., Ltd. joined the ISA Security Compliance Institute as a technical member in August 2015.
“Risk management consulting has now grown beyond traditional financial and IT consulting. KPMG is now addressing cybersecurity of industrial automation and control systems (IACS),” remarked Tatsuaki Takebe, KPMG Principal Security Advisor Consultant.
International accounting and management consulting firms have a long history in the areas of regulatory compliance, standards, auditing/assessment and risk management. As requirements for organizational accountability become more prevalent, responsible companies are exploring means for meeting obligations and implementing programs to support those initiatives.
