Replacing the meter flow tube, it provides calibrated feedback to the electromagnetic meter converter, simulating specific calibrated flow conditions. Easy to handle, this portable device allows quick and accurate verification of KROHNE’s flowmeter converters. The GS 8 B has five selectable simulated flow range settings plus zero flow and is compatible with many of the KROHNE 4-wire converters.
Similar to the meter flow tube, this passive device derives its operating power from the converter. Depending on the range selected, the GS 8 B delivers a precise signal back to the converter that simulates a specific, calculable flow condition in the flow tube.Fabricated of high quality, precision components to provide stable, reliable performance, the GS 8 B is calibrated to ensure the accuracy of its operation.
