The Kundinger Family of Brands provides products, technical expertise, systems integration and service capabilities to customers needing fluid power, automation, process controls and service and repair expertise.

NEENAH, Wis., Aug. 12, 2026 — Kundinger, Inc., a company delivering engineered solutions, products, technical expertise and support in fluid power, automation and process control, is proud to welcome four new team members across sales, store operations and customer service. These new additions, whose expertise and experience strengthen the company’s commitment to reliable customer-focused solutions, include Sam Genna and Dawn Woodfin in Neenah, Wisconsin; Aleshia Teel in Green Bay, Wisconsin; and Rich Lash in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Sam Genna (in the photo to the left, courtesy of Kundinger) joins Kundinger as a territory manager with a focus on sales growth. He brings more than a decade of experience as an outside sales representative in electrical/automation and hydraulics/power. His combination of field knowledge and technical understanding positions him to build strong, lasting relationships and deliver practical solutions to Kundinger customers.

Kundinger is also pleased to welcome Woodfin to its Neenah location as a customer service representative. In this role, she will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting their needs with the responsiveness and care that define Kundinger’s approach to service.

As assistant store manager at Kundinger’s Green Bay store, Teel will process orders and provide hands-on support for products and production. She brings seven years of experience working with diesel trucks and hydraulic systems to the Kundinger team.

As a manufacturing service technician, Lash will assist in the planning, layout and execution of new industrial control panel orders. He will also perform routine field service calls related to gas detection. Lash’s previous experience includes working in panel shops and on location for customers.

In June 2025, Kundinger's CEO, Thomas J. Kundinger, passed away. Thomas’s future-forward approach to leadership and mentorship reflected his genuine care for people and his passion for advancing the fluid power and automation industries. Early on, he recognized the need to spark interest and attract young talent to the field. Thomas focused his efforts into his involvement with the Fluid Power Distributors Association (FPDA). Since Thomas's passing, his family has worked to honor his legacy by creating the Thomas J. Kundinger Foundation, which reflects his values by supporting initiatives that build future leaders in the Future Leaders in Motion program. Kundinger’s granddaughter is continuing the family tradition as a recent graduate of the program.
