LogiSwitch releases initial series of pushbutton switches
The initial LogiSwitch product launch includes a series of panel-mount pushbutton switches and a beginning line of subminiature limit switches with the new technology.

November 6, 2017 - LogiSwitch announced production of its product line incorporating switches for use in high-speed digital electronic circuits. The company has begun production of what they call the bounce-free switch, an ordinary spdt mechanical switch front end with on-board debounce circuitry to provide the circuit designer with a debounced output. The company believes that contact bounce should be eliminated at the switch level, rather than leaving it up to each individual circuit designer to deal with.

The initial LogiSwitch product launch includes a series of panel-mount pushbutton switches and a beginning line of subminiature limit switches with the new technology. The company intends to ultimately produce a LogiSwitch technology product for every legacy switch type that the digital design engineer currently uses.

Each individual switch product incorporating the patent-pending LogiSwitch concept provides the circuit designer with a debounced selection of three different functional outputs:

  • Normally High (Low when pressed, High when released),
  • Normally Low (High when pressed, Low when released) and
  • Toggle (Changes state each time the switch is pressed).
