June 5, 2019 – MonarchFx, a Tompkins International company, announce additions to its executive leadership team. These additions are a direct result of the company’s growth.
Bruce Tompkins has been named President. With more than 30 years of operations and leadership experience, from traditional industrial engineering to manufacturing and materials management, Tompkins is an industry expert. His focus is on manufacturing and distribution processes, lean manufacturing implementation, Six Sigma methodologies, ISO/QS quality systems, benchmarking, and gap analysis. Tompkins will lead the entire MonarchFx team.
Alex Baker has been named Chief Operating Officer. Baker is a supply chain executive, specializing in retail strategy and omnichannel distribution operations. He has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic vision and leadership. Baker will direct and oversee all facets of the MonarchFx distributed logistics ecosystem, encompassing strategy and execution for solution design, implementation, fulfillment operations, final mile, and customer service.
Mike Pujda has been named Vice President. Pujda has more than 30 years of experience applying technology to support business operations both internationally and domestically. He will oversee integration efforts between warehouse management systems, applications, and material handling control systems in conjunction with operations supporting the entire MonarchFx ecosystem.
