March 9, 2017—Moore Industries announced it has won Control Engineering 2017 Engineers’ Choice Awards for Process Safety, Intrinsic Safety category with the SPA 2 IS Programmable Alarm Trip with Intrinsically-Safe (IS) Field Connections. The award will be presented at the 2017 Engineering Awards Manufacturing dinner on Monday, April 3, 2017, at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel.

The SPA 2 IS is site and PC programmable using Moore Industries’ free Intelligent PC Configuration Software.
