MSI announces addition of Michael Israel to management team

In his new role at MSI, Michael’s responsibilities will include managing the successful rollout and implementation of MSI’s Service Pro software for major accounts, and contributing his valuable expertise as a driver of new product management and product marketing initiatives.

December 20, 2016 – MSI, a provider of cloud-based and mobile field service management software for the enterprise, announced the addition of Michael Israel to its growing team. As a result of his extensive and diverse background in the field service industry as a successful operations, software and consulting leader, Michael Israel is recognized as one of the foremost authorities on field service operations and field service software in the nation.

Prior to joining MSI, Michael Israel held leadership positions in Field Service as a hands-on service operations manager for 17 years at high tech organizations, including 12 years at IBM and 5 years at a leading CAD/CAM manufacturer. He also held executive positions in sales, marketing and software implementation for preeminent Field Service Management and CRM software vendors, including Oracle and SAP. He has also covered the field service industry as a consultant and analyst for major consulting firms, including Aberdeen, Jolt Consulting Group, and Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA).
