May 18, 2007 - The HES510 ultra-precision, high-speed, direct drive motor/spindle system incorporates a state of the art 3-phase, brushless DC motor and microprocessor based control unit; the system is capable of up to 50,000 rpm and 250W output. Simple, reliable compressed air is used for motor cooling and spindle protection making the HES510 very easy to install on any machine in just a few minutes. Very smooth rotation and extremely high spindle accuracy allows Ø2.0mm or smaller tools to be used at very high feed rates.
