Naveen Menon is an OT/ICS cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of experience across critical infrastructure sectors including oil & gas, utilities and manufacturing. He specializes in risk-based cybersecurity frameworks aligned with ISA/IEC 62443, with a focus on practical implementation of OT security, governance and resilience.

Naveen is an active International Society of Automation (ISA) volunteer and part of the leadership team of the ISA Oman Section, contributing to industry initiatives and knowledge sharing. He is an ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert and ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP), with over 15 years of association with ISA. He also holds multiple certifications in cybersecurity and governance and actively engages in advancing OT security practices.
