A new user interface now makes it even quicker and easier for customers to find, configure and order the right parts.
NORD has improved myNORD’s user experience in several areas, one of them being how products are found. The online catalogs now display products that can be directly combined with a selected gear unit, electric motor or variable frequency drive, enabling quick identification of compatible components. Finding the exact product you are looking for is now also easier with improved categories, filter options and direct input options when searching. For reoccurring orders, users can add components to saved parts lists shared across company accounts, using one click to transfer the entire list to the shopping cart and eliminating the time-consuming individual product look up and potential for errors.
Time-saving ordering process
Parts can be found for a specific unit by entering a serial, order or material number to retrieve the complete parts lists. From here, parts can be added individually or by the entire list. The quick part lookup function enables parts to be directly added to the cart by material number, streamlining the process for known wanted parts. If an item is no longer available, the system will automatically recommend a suitable alternative.
Central online platform
All information regarding orders, order status and deliveries is available centrally in myNORD via the Order Manager tool. Users can track current orders with status updates, view their entire order history, and access key order details, keeping their team fully informed throughout the ordering process.
