iReturn is a 12-week "returnship" program that prepares candidates who have taken a career break of two or more years for a full-time career in one of several fields at Northrop Grumman through training, professional development and networking opportunities.

July 28, 2017 – Northrop Grumman Corporation, in partnership with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and iRelaunch, the return-to-work experts, announces iReturn: a 12-week "returnship" program that prepares candidates who have taken a career break of two or more years for a full-time career in one of several fields at Northrop Grumman through training, professional development and networking opportunities. This program is the first of its kind in the aerospace and defense industry.

Qualified applicants with technical, engineering or financial experience will become part of the Northrop Grumman team that is engaged with cutting edge technology on a dynamic portfolio of products that make the world a safer place for all of us.

Applications for the fall 2017 iReturn program are being accepted now through July 26. The first cohort will run from Sept. 18–Dec. 8 and prepare candidates for an effective re-entry into the workforce. The initial positions will be based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.
