Mr. Jim King, president, CEO, and COO of Okuma America Corporation, accepted the award at AAM’s annual Supplier Day event held in Detroit, Michigan.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - June 24, 2025 - The executive team of Okuma America Corporation, a global manufacturer of computer numeric control (CNC) machine tools, controls and automation systems, is pleased to be recognized by American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AAM) as one of their 2025 Suppliers of the Year in the Indirect Material category. Mr.

Jim King, president, CEO, and COO of Okuma America Corporation, accepted the award on June 18, 2025, at AAM’s annual Supplier Day event held in Detroit, Michigan. AAM is a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier that designs, engineers, and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles. AAM selects the Suppliers of the Year honorees from a variety of criteria, including delivery performance, product quality, launch execution, sustainability commitment, and technology leadership.
