Harrisburg, Pa. - Isolation, conversion, and amplification is revolutionized with the new MINI MCR-… signal conditioning product family from Phoenix Contact. With its slim 6.2mm housing and power bussing capabilities, the family is designed to save space and drastically reduce installation time. Universally configurable and dedicated versions of the modules are available to convert signals from RTDs, thermocouples and various analog sensors.

A signal splitter, single and multi-channel, loop powered modules are also available.Application flexibility is achieved by custom configuration of measuring range settings, input type selection, and three possible methods of powering the modules. Discrete wiring for power is no longer necessary with the optional system power supply, power terminal block, and T-foot power bus coupler that mount on the DIN rail. These hot swappable modules are simply snapped on to the T-foot bus connector without removing any bus bars or bridging.

The modules all feature 6.2mm wide housing, choice of screw or spring cage terminals, 3-way 1.5kV isolation, and are UL listed Class I, Div. 2 approved (Groups A, B, C, D).Phoenix Contact Inc.

Quality System is registered to ISO 9001: 2000 – Quality Systems Model for Quality Assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing.Information on the MINI-MCR signal conditioner is available from Phoenix Contact Inc., Technical Service Department, 800-322-3225; E-mail: [email protected] .
