Harness the Flexibility
The WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM Series 753 - Connecting I/O Modules in the Blink of an Eye
Pluggable connectors for I/O module wiring are an increasing requirement in today's automation and control applications. This feature, allowing for pre-manufactured I/O wiring harnesses, reduces wiring time, costs, and errors, as well as keeps wiring intact when replacing modules. The 753 Series supports this requirement with all of the same features and benefits of the original 753 Series. In fact, they are 100% compatible with each other - allowing a single I/O node to consist of both pluggable and fixed wiring.Product Features and Benefits:
- Over 70 modules available for Digital, Analog, and special function (up down counter, serial, pulse, etc.) signal types.
- Granular I/O at only 12mm wide for 1,2,4, or 8 channels - buy only the I/O you need.
- Compatible with all 750 and 758 Series Couplers.
- Compatible with all 750 Series I/O modules.
- Built-in LEDs for both circuit status indication and diagnostics for safe start-up and system control.
- Built-in test points for convenient and hands-free trouble shooting.
- Integrated eyelet, for strain-relief, secures wiring to connector using a standard cable tie.
- Built-in pull-tab on both connector and I/O module for easy removal without the use of tools.
- Multiple marking options are available to properly identify the connector and the I/O module.
- Coding accessories offer up to 16 different coding possibilities for additional safety when installing, removing, and re-installing connectors.
- CAGE CLAMP® wiring technology for fast, easy, vibration-proof, and maintenance free wiring.
Allows broad selection of coupler type (programmable and non-programmable) and fieldbus network (DeviceNet, Ethernet, PROFIBUS, CANopen, Modbus, etc.)
Allows any combination of pluggable and fixed wiring I/O.
For example, fixed wiring for devices wired internally to the cabinet (e.g. relays, contactors, etc.) and pluggable wiring for devices wired external to the cabinet (e.g. sensors, actuators, etc.)
