October 17, 2013 - Progea appointed Raffaele Cefalo their new Global Sales Manager. Cefalo, 48, brings 25 years of progressive experience in the field of automation and has successfully held several managerial positions in major companies in the industrial software industry. He was most recently employed at Wonderware, where he was in charge of managing several business areas. In his new role, Cefalo will manage both the direct and indirect sales departments to expand the company’s business development and increase Progea’s market presence.
In tune with the company’s goals, Raffaele Cefalo is determined to strengthen Progea’s distribution system by introducing an innovative ‘software license distribution program’, designed to develop and maintain rewarding relationships with the main distributors in the automation business worldwide. Leveraging Cefalo’s experience and skills, the company aims at positioning itself among the global market leaders in the software business, after having achieved that goal at a national level in Italy.
