April 21, 2011 - International Society of Automation (ISA) named Randy Hauer of AMETEK Process Instruments to a two-year term as Director of the ISA Analysis Division, beginning at its annual symposium (April 10-14, 2011). Hauer, who is Product Manager for Sulfur Recovery Products at AMETEK, has been active with the ISA Analysis Division since 1992. Hauer joined AMETEK in April 1998, when it acquired Western Research, a Calgary-based leader in analytical process instruments. Prior to his current position, Hauer served as Sales Manager for the Americas for AMETEK Process Instruments. He joined Western Research in 1974.
Through its programs and symposia, the ISA Analysis Division aims to further the development and application of analytical theory and practices and to contribute to the development of individuals involved in various analytical disciplines such as chromatography, electrochemistry and spectroscopy.
