This feature enables iPhone and iPad smartphones and tablets to read barcodes when they have the Movicon Web Client App installed.
This new feature permits users to use this App to enter alphanumeric values using the built-in camera and send them to the Movicon supervisor Server instead of entering them manually. The barcode can then be managed in project tags to activate recipes, database recordings, send commands or relevant information to the operator.
