November 17, 2015 – Red Lion Controls appoints John Posenau VP of Information Strategy. Posenau has more than 25 years of experience in implementing and directing large-scale technology operations for higher education, research, non-profit and commercial enterprises.
He joins Red Lion from Johns Hopkins University, where he served as Director for the Business Services Division of Development and Alumni Relations. Prior to Johns Hopkins, Posenau was General Manager and Regional CIO for SunGuard Higher Education Managed Services, where he oversaw technology operations for several colleges and universities. He has also served in IT positions at NeighborCare, Inc., the NAACP and York College of Pennsylvania.
Posenau holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Christopher Newport University and a M.S. in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary.
