September 20, 2018 —Rockwell Automation will showcase smart and connected solutions and services at WEFTEC October 1-3 in New Orleans, to help water-industry professionals create sustainable treatment facilities for industrial and municipal use.

By 2027, the U.S. is expected to spend over $72 billion annually for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure and storm water treatment efforts, according to the recent U.S. Municipal Water Infrastructure report.

In booth 2951, Rockwell Automation will feature its smart solutions through a simulated digital control room where attendees will have a chance to see the latest release of the PlantPAx distributed control system and advanced production intelligence software that provides real-time visibility into operations.

Another display will feature the company’s broad intelligent motor control portfolio and integrated pump monitoring solutions designed to keep pumping stations operating at peak performance throughout their lifecycle.
