In addition to translation of the software environment, RSLogix 5000 has also been updated to support UNICODE based text so users can create project documentation using languages that require double byte characters such as Kanji.

While the translation will benefit customers in a broad range of industries and applications, it will specifically respond to the increased demand for flexible language functionality in automotive and semiconductor and process control industries. Additionally, corresponding technical documentation such as programming manuals, reference manuals, system reference manuals, user manuals, and selection guides are published in Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish.
