April 28, 2017 — Rockwell Automation will showcase digital automation technology at the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston, May 1 to 4. This technology helps create an intelligent automation ecosystem that provides actionable information for producers looking to fully reap the benefits of a digital oilfield.
Over the next decade, the oil and gas industry could generate nearly $1.1 trillion from cost savings and operational efficiencies gained through digitization efforts according to recent Cisco research.

Specialists from Rockwell Automation will be on hand to demonstrate the latest technology, the Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 755T variable speed drive, which helps oil and gas producers control motors for efficient and safe operation.
