Schneider Electric releases TeSys D motor contactors
TeSys D contactor with Everlink termination technology provides reduced installation time, increased reliability and space savings.

March 2, 2009 — Schneider Electric introduced TeSys D 40A, 50A and 65A motor control contactors with Everlink termination technology. The new contactor offer provides reduced installation time, along with increased reliability and space savings. Everlink termination technology saves time by providing a direct connection to TeSys D overload relays and TeSys GV3P manual motor protectors without requiring an interconnect block. Everlink technology also reduces wiring errors with direct connections.

Spring termination technology moves with the wire as it relaxes over time to reduce the need to retighten.TeSys D 40A to 65A contactors are extremely easy to install in DIN rail or panel-mount configurations. At only 55 mm in width and with an optional S-shaped busbar component for side-by-side mounting that allows assembly of a contactor and manual motor protector on the same DIN rail, the contactors save significant space. The TeSys D 40A to 65A Everlink contactors and TeSys GV3P Everlink manual motor protectors are a UL 508A Type F tested combination and comply with Type 2 Coordination standards.
