Shobhit Jain is a senior program manager at Ericsson North America. In his current role, he manages operations for industrial customers for Business Development Customer Unit.
 
Jain has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a specialization in 5G use case implementations including private networks, augmented reality, virtual reality, smart manufacturing, windfarm, robotics, analytics and more for Industry 4.0.
 
Prior to joining Ericsson in 2011, Jain worked as a Senior Specialist at Verizon, where he was responsible for integration of applications and widgets for FiOS platform.
 
He began his career at Wipro Technologies as a software engineer on implementing core network switches and later worked at Altran on virtual switches and WiMAX software implementations.
 
Jain earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore, India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology in Durgapur, India.
 
He is certified in several strategic project management methodologies, including PMP (Project Management Professional), Scaled Agile Leader and Advanced Scrum Master certifications.
