August 3, 2009 - SlipStream Software released PPO (Predictive Process optimization) real-time, auto-correcting, optional closed loop predictive software application. PPO is designed so that process customers whose recipe/final finish requirements require constant correction, can now ensure meeting quality targets every time without operator intervention.PPO makes use of SlipStream Software’s modeling engine technology, so that customers can get a 100% accurate reading of their recipe requirements on a real-time basis. PPO can be used in either wet or dry processes.
By making use of the customer’s plant historian and either customer installed spectrum sensors or supplied by SlipStream, PPO dynamically reads, models and auto corrects customer recipes and can be interface to the customers DCS/SCADA system for a truly closed loop solution.
