Minneapolis, MN. —TURCK Inc. announces its line of 4-wire D-coded Ethernet physical media products, including cables, switches and conduit adapters that are compliant with EtherNet/IP standards. Cordsets are available in a variety of configurations, including pre-molded M12 eurofast® connectors, receptacles and RJ45 plugs.
Tough PVC cable jackets meet TIA/EIA568-B.2 Category 5e performance requirements for 10 and 100 Base-T Ethernet, and is UL rated for sunlight and oil resistance. PUR connectors with optional for stainless steel coupling nuts are also available, as well as a receptacle that transitions from a RJ45 connector to a single 4-wire eurofast connector. High performance industrial switches provide 5 or 9 eurofast ports. Both the 5 and 9-port switches are available with a 4 or 5-pin 7/8-16UN minifast® power port, and provide NEMA 1, 3, 4, 12, 13 and IEC IP 67 mechanical protection.
All switches automatically sense the transmission speed and store addresses in the routing table. Transition products include conduit adapters that allow one or two-port eurofast drops from standard conduit bodies, and a cabinet adapter for transition from eurofast to RJ45 connectors. Gasket and mounting hardware is included.
