The "Kübler by TURCK" T8.5000 and T8.5020 encoders stand apart from the competition with an extremely high shock rating of 250 g's that allows it to continue functioning where other encoders fail. These exceptionally heavy-duty encoders also have one of the highest speed ratings (up to 12,000 RPM) and frequency responses (300 kHz) in the industry. When ordered with the robust shaft seal, they also provide a higher level of protection (IP 67) for harsh factory automation applications.
The T8.5000 and T8.5020 are available with a variety of output circuits, shaft and bore sizes, as well as an optional cost effective M12 eurofast® quick disconnect, which eliminates the need to assemble complicated MS style connectors. These die-cast aluminum encoders have a resolution of up to 3600 pulses per revolution, and are the ideal solution for strenuous factory applications such as material handling, conveyors systems, process control and web control.
