August 25, 2016 — Valin Corporation, a leading technical solutions provider in San Jose Calif., announces it has acquired Thermal Solutions of Texas located near Houston, Texas. The acquisition expands Valin’s process heating portfolio and was made effective on August 15, 2016.
Thermal Solutions of Texas provides service and heating systems. Its 11,000 square ft. location houses a UL508 certified manufacturing/warehouse facility with custom fabrication abilities, as well as space for its Inventory Stocking Program.
