January 27, 2014 - Volker Brandt was appointed President of NERAK Systems, while Simone Wakefield was appointed Executive Vice President and retains her role as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Ms. Wakefield will bear primary responsibility for the financial and daily operation of the company as well as continued expansion of the NERAK brand.
