October 12, 2009 - The improved William Frick website is more user friendly and interactive with a LiveChat feature that allows users to directly connect with a sales representative and have their questions immediately answered. The site also has much more detailed specifications on products. There are three simple ways to find a product: by industry, by product type, and by application. We also show other products that may help solve specific needs. Additionally, the products each have their own product summary sheet available to download, which include a description of its applications, adhesives, product materials, product design specifications, a shelf life summary and RFID performance, if applicable.
The enhanced site includes the ability to request an instant quote by simply clicking the “request a quote” tab on the left hand side of the page.
