Mary-Jane Tessarolo brings fifteen years of financial management expertise to leading industrial cyber-security company VANCOUVER, BC – December 5, 2007 - Wurldtech Security Technologies, a leading provider of cyber-security solutions to SCADA, industrial automation and critical infrastructure industries worldwide, today announced the appointment of Mary-Jane Tessarolo as Vice-President of Finance to lead the company’s financial activities.With over fifteen years experience providing strategic financial and operations management to both private and public companies across a broad range of industries, Ms. Tessarolo’s appointment is a key milestone in Wurldtech’s growth plans.

Prior to joining Wurldtech, Ms. Tessarolo was the acting Vice-President of Finance for Pronghorn Controls, a full-service instrumentation and electrical products and services company based in Calgary, Alberta. Previous to that, she held divisional Controller roles at both Hazco Environmental Services and MacDonald Dettwiler & Associates (TSX:MDA).
Ms. Tessarolo also held the position of Controller, North American Operations for NICE Systems (NASDAQ:NICE), a world-wide solutions provider to the enterprise and security markets.Ms. Tessarolo is a Certified General Accountant. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma of Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
