By Steve Milford, Endress+Hauser The City of Charlotte, NC, uses Endress+Hauser ultrasonic flowmeters to measure the flow and methane content of biogas from anaerobic digesters that treat sludge in the wastewater treatment facility. The biogas is used to generate electricity.

Proficy will assist the city in bringing together information about their wastewater system from remote locations to provide a system-wide view of what’s really happening across its watersheds.
