January 11, 2018 - CODESYS is a hardware-independent automation software according to IEC 61131-3, with headquarters in Kempten, Germany and subsidiaries in China and Italy.
3S-Smart Software Solutions will open the CODESYS Corporation in Chicago/Illinois to provide the U. S. customer base with optimal service. Sales, technical support, consulting and training are then available locally for all customers in North America.
The CODESYS Corporation will be headed by Gary L. Pratt, P.E. Gary began his career in 1982 with Chevron and has an extensive background in hardware and software engineering. Gary most recently managed his own company providing consulting on CODESYS programming.
He has published numerous articles on industrial programming and holds several patents in industrial controls. CODESYS Corporation will be available from 01 January 2018.
