Parker releases Parflange ECO 25 flange and flare machine
Parflange ECO 25 creates leak free Seal-Lok O-ring Face Seal and Triple-Lok 37° JIC tube connections up to 9,200 psi without brazing or welding.

December 10, 2013 - Parflange ECO 25 tube flanging (90°) and flaring (37°) unit from Parker Hannifin is a tube end connection machine designed to create leak free Seal-Lok O-ring Face Seal and Triple-Lok 37° JIC tube connections up to 9,200 psi without brazing or welding. Parflange ECO 25 utilizes the proven orbital spindle motion exclusive to Parker's extensive line of Parflange machines. It creates a smooth mating surface on flanges (90º) and flares (37º), which is critical to the quality and integrity of tube connections. A key feature of the ECO 25 is multi-functional tooling. The unit requires only one die set per tube size for both flanging and flaring.

Each die set has a flanging surface on one side and a flaring surface on the other, allowing users to flange and flare same size tubing simply by turning the die around. An adjustable tube stop allows use on a wide range of wall thickness.

Other features include:

  • 110V single-phase power requirement
  • Convenient shop portability
  • Utilizes same pins as other Parker Parflange units
  • Capable of flanging and flaring a range of ¼" x .028 through 1½" x .120 steel and stainless steel tube.

The mobile unit can be used with a manual hydraulic pump.
