April 7, 2016 - AAEON announces NanoCOM-SKU COM Express Type 10 Module based on 6th Gen Intel Core Series ULT CPUs. It has an Intel Core i7-6600U CPU and a maximum of 4 GB of onboard DDR4 memory, while drawing about 18W of power in full loading.
The module is slated to eliminate the bottlenecks and inadequacies commonly found in Atom or other equivalent SoC-powered modules when applied on more performance-demanding applications, which include high-loading robotics and automation controllers used in industrial automation.
