Taipei, Taiwan, October 31, 2007 Acrosser released the AR-ES0652 fanless embedded system. It is designed specifically for space-constrained applications requiring high performance with fanless operation. The AR-ES0652 has a VIA MARK 800MHz processor with VIA 686B chipset on a 3.5-in. main board.
Its compact dimensions (220Wx60Hx130D mm), dust proof, quiet and reliable operation make the AR-ES0652 the ideal embedded system for complex tasks in limited space environments such as machine controller, digital signage, medical, and industrial automation. The AR-ES0652 with VIA MARK 800MHz processor provides optimized power consumption, while the thermal solution is integrated into the aluminum chassis which acts as a heat sink. I/O features include:
- 4 x serial ports
- 2 x USB ports,
- 1 x Ethernet 10/100
- AC’97 audio.
- 1 x 3.5” hard drive bay and Compact Flash slot.
- VGA and 18-bit LVDS output Additional functional expansion is possible via an internal PC/104 connector.
