May 13, 2009 - Students at Akron CNC Training Center learn machinist skills on MAG 4020 FX vertical machining center provided by machine supplier HM Technology of North Royalton, OH. "We support education that helps prepare people for employment, especially when it assists the local manufacturing economy," said David Grega, President of HM Technology. The program is accredited by the state of Ohio and has a high placement rate for program graduates. "We are extremely grateful to HM Technology for the opportunity to utilize the machine that is allowing our students to enhance their skills in the ever-growing technical trade of machining," said training center director, Laurie Norval.
