Allen Vail Joins Omron Electronics LLC as Vice President of Finance

SCHAUMBURG, IL (August 4, 2005)—Omron Electronics LLC has announced that Allen Vail has joined the company as Vice President of Finance. His responsibilities include overseeing all financial activities of the company and advising executive management on business strategy development. “We welcome Allen’s years of experience in financial management as a major asset to our continuing growth,” said Omron Chief Operating Officer Craig Bauer. “Leveraging our financial systems to enhance our competitive advantage is a priority in which his experience will be invaluable.”Vail comes to Omron from Madison One Holdings, a global manufacturer of dairy and dehumidification equipment, where he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

He previously held financial management positions at Wisconsin equipment manufacturer Tri-Clover and other subsidiaries of Swedish manufacturer Alfa Laval.Vail is a graduate of Pace University with an MBA in project management from Keller Graduate School of Business in Chicago.
