BUFFALO, N.Y., Aug. 19, 2026 — Allient Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of advanced specialty motor, motion, controls and power products and solutions for targeted industries and applications, has announced the expansion of its ElectroFlux Series Frameless Torque Motors with the addition of new 25 mm and 38 mm sizes, supporting a wider range of compact robotics and precision motion applications.
The ElectroFlux Series of frameless torque motors delivers high performance in a compact package for advanced robotics and precision motion applications. The new 25 mm and 38 mm sizes expand the Series’ offerings, providing high torque density while enabling integration into space-constrained designs.
Key features include:
- High torque density achieved through expanded use of smart automation processes.
- PCB termination on the stator reduces size and simplifies integration.
- Frameless design for flexible integration directly into customer products.
- Highly customizable configurations to support application-specific requirements.
The ElectroFlux Series is designed for demanding applications across robotics, precision instruments, optical instruments and other motion systems requiring compact, high-torque-density motor solutions.
“The addition of the 25 mm and 38 mm sizes expands the ElectroFlux Series to support a wider range of applications across robotics and precision motion,” said Robert Mastromattei, chief commercial officer and group president at Allient. “These smaller sizes provide additional options for integrating motors into space-constrained designs where quality, size, performance and flexibility are key considerations.”
