The SAP interface, using the Factelligence™ Supply Chain Connector module, is user configurable and exchanges vital production information between factory personnel and the ERP. At a user-configured frequency, the interface downloads work orders, materials, bill of material definitions and user information from SAP into Factelligence. Similarly, the interface manages the uploading of material consumption, product movements and labor usage from the MES database into SAP.
