Built for industrial environments
Antaira designed the STW-611C and STW-612C to survive in the industrial environments where they're deployed. Each unit ships in a compact, IP30-rated rugged aluminum case built to withstand dust and the everyday bumps of operations, and is rated to operate across a wide temperature range of -10° to 60° C for dependable performance in demanding environments. Power input is designed for 9~48VDC with reverse polarity protection to guard against wiring errors during installation, and both models mount via standard DIN-rail hardware, with optional wall-mount support for added installation flexibility.

Both models operate on the IEEE 802.11b/g/n standard in the 2.4GHz band, a near-universal wireless standard chosen for its long range and strong penetration through the walls, metal structures and machinery typical of industrial facilities. Comprehensive feature set
The STW-611C and STW-612C deliver true 3-way communication, linking any serial or Ethernet device to a wireless network, and both support Wi-Fi Direct technology for simple point-to-point setup. Wireless connectivity is IEEE 802.11b/g/n compliant, with WPA, WPA2 and 802.1x security to keep industrial networks protected. Each unit provides a software-selectable RS232/422/485 serial port alongside a 10/100Tx RJ45 Ethernet port, with a serial data throughput rate of 110~921.6Kbps.
For network integration, the devices support Virtual COM, TCP/UDP Server/Client and Tunneling modes, and can be configured through a built-in web console or Antaira's Windows utilities, giving integrators a straightforward path to deployment regardless of their existing network architecture.
