February 12, 2015 - APEM releases 30mm FP series pushbutton, available in either snap-in or threaded bush mounting. This large but lightweight pushbutton is only 1.5 to 2.5mm for the snap in version, and 1 to 9mm for the threaded bushing version.
The FP30 series is a fully illuminated pushbutton switch that offers a smooth gloss finish, many different actuator and bezel colors, and can be pad printed or laser etched with over 100 different symbols. Most of these symbols meet the ISO 7000 standard “graphical symbols for use on equipment.” The FP30 also offers 7 different LED colors and 12V, 24V, and 48V resistors.
The FP30 series may be specified as momentary or latching with either snap-in or threaded bush mounting and single or double pole. Available with either silver or gold plated contacts, the gold plated contact have been nominally rated for 200mA @ 12VDC for over 1 million electrical operations and at least 400,000 mechanical operations.
