Applied Robotics signs distributor in Brazil

ADiS Welding Technologies will distribute Applied Robotics' line of tool changers, collision sensors, grippers and connectivity technology.

GLENVILLE, N.Y., March 17, 2007 – Applied Robotics recently added a new distributor.

ADiS Welding Technologies joins the eleven existing Applied Robotics Inc. distributors and will bring new coverage to Brazil.Since the early 70’s, ADiS Welding Technologies has been an important player in the Brazilian industrial arena. ADiS develops new products as well as offering training and support.

The Applied Robotics Inc. product line of tool changers, collision sensors, grippers, connectivity technology and custom solutions will complement the ADiS existing line of welding application solutions. “We are delighted to be expanding our presence globally and to include Brazil in our Distributor Network,” said Jim Fitzgerald, vice president of Applied Robotics."
