March 14, 2011 -- Arista Corporation announces the production launch of their high performance ARP-1700Q panel PC series. With the addition of the 1700Q series, the 1700 line will now accommodate applications that require high performance processors such as Intel's Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad. The ARP-1700Q series is comprised of a matrix of models with monitor sizes of 15, 17, 19 and 20 inches and three chassis variations allowing for expansion PCI slot capacities of 1, 2, and 3 board slots. In addition to its configuration versatility, the ARP-1700Q also has a detachable computer chassis design which would allow for limited panel mounting space.
The three detachable computer chassis's for the ARP-1700Q series also comprise Arista's high performance bench or wall mountable BoxPCs, separately named BoxPC-108Q, BoxPC-202Q and the BoxPC-304Q. The ARP-1700Q panel PC series combines industry leading connectivity with cutting-edge functionality. Designed for high reliability, the system was designed as a rugged industrial solution with an all metal proprietary chassis. Front bezel options offer NEMA 4 Black Powder Coated finish or NEMA 4X Stainless Steel using an industry standard cutout, The system requires 110V or 220V and operates in temperatures ranging from 0°C to 50°C (32°F to 122°F).
