STRATFROD, CT, May 8, 2026 — Ashcroft, a global leader in pressure and temperature instrumentation, is proud to announce the release of the ZT61 High Purity Surface Mount Pressure Transmitter with Display. This compact, cleanroom-packaged solution designed for high-purity gas delivery environments in semiconductor manufacturing and advanced industrial applications.
The ZT61 features a 1.125-inch surface-mount design compatible with both W and C seal types, making it well suited for high density installations commonly found in gas cabinets, gas panels and valve manifold boxes. A bright 3 ½” digit LED display provides clear readability and rotates to allow for optimal viewing in a variety of mounting orientations.
Engineered to meet the stringent requirements of high-purity systems, the ZT61 incorporates a 316L stainless steel pressure fitting and corrosion-resistant wetted materials. Each unit is 100% helium leak tested, and ISO Class 1 cleanroom packaged, with UC and EP grades triple bagged to support ultra-high-purity environments.
“High-purity gas systems demand both performance and confidence,” said Steven Grimmer, Pressure Transducer Business Development at Ashcroft. “The ZT61 delivers reliable pressure measurement in applications where cleanliness, accuracy and durability are essential, particularly in semiconductor fabrication and specialty gas delivery systems.”
Designed for high-purity gas delivery applications
The ZT61 pressure transmitter is well suited for use in:
- Gas cabinets and gas sticks
- Tool-level UHP gas panels
- Valve manifold boxes (VMBs)
- Hydrogen and specialty gas systems
The transmitter is also compatible with a broad range of semiconductor process tools and high-purity gas delivery equipment, including wafer handling, thin-film deposition, etch, and other critical process operations.
Available in gauge and compound pressure ranges, the ZT61 offers flexibility for both semiconductor OEM’s and fabs seeking dependable pressure monitoring in demanding environments.
