June 4, 2014 - Automation Systems Interconnect announces ASIUKN family of single level, feed-through IEC terminal blocks with UL, CE approvals and RoHS compliancy. These terminal blocks feature a universal foot for DIN rail mounting, a UL94V0 housing, nickel-plated copper alloy metal bodies, and plated high tensile alloy screws providing protection against various environments.
These IEC terminal blocks are a high quality low cost replacement option for the higher priced competitor versions. They provide an economic solution for all types of control cabinet and power distribution applications. The compact 4.2mm wide DIN rail mounted terminal block is rated at 30 – 14 AWG, 15 amps, 300 volts up while the larger blocks measure 15.2mm wide and handle 18–2 AWG wire with a rating of 150 amps at 600 volts.
The line is complete with a wide range of accessories including bridges, markers, end covers, partition plates and more. A unique feature of the 5.2 and 6mm wide terminal blocks is the availability of a low-cost push-in jumper which can further reduce time and cost.
