January 30, 2015 - Automation Systems expanded its DIN-rail mounted circuit breakers to include UL 1077 supplemental protection, UL 489 branch circuit protection and UL489 listing.
The high density, 13 mm housing design saves up to 30% of the space compared with other breakers. The QZ supplemental protection or UL 1077 breakers are now available in single, two and three pole versions from .5 amp to 50 amps. The QL branch circuit or UL 489 circuit breakers come in single or two pole with current ratings from .5 amps to 25 amps.
For DC applications the QY series are rated from 1 to 50 amps at up to 80 VDC and at 13mm wide with a UL489 listing. In addition to the circuit breakers, ASI offers a wide range of accessories such as a lockout-tagout accessory which is capable of taking up to 3 padlocks on the device to insure total security and operation.
