(ASI) has recently introduced a new 20 amp, 24 Vdc output power supply that is almost 66% smaller in size when compared to the existing 20 amp power supply. This new 20 amp power supply is only 80mm wide compared to the previous design of 220mm making it one of the smallest in this output range on the marker. In addition to the space saving design, the new CSF500C features a high efficiency rating of greater than 92% resulting in less dissipated power, cooler operation, less stress on internal components and a longer life. The CSF500C uses an auto ranging input of 120 -230 Vac, and has short circuit, overload, over temperature, input/output overvoltage protection.
It will handle high outrush currents for starting up heavy loads with its ability to produce up to 50 amps.
