AutomationDirect Announces HMI Photo Contest

The contestant with the winning photo will receive a C-more HMI Touch Panel and the newest version of the C-more programming software.

April 20, 2015 - AutomationDirect launched an HMI photo contest titled: “Show Us Why You Need an HMI Upgrade.” Participants are invited to share a photo explaining why they are in need of an HMI upgrade. Planning to build a new project? Trying to bring life to an old machine? Want it just to have it? Get creative. The contestant with the winning photo will receive a C-more HMI Touch Panel and the newest version of the C-more programming software.

AutomationDirect’s HMI contest is taking photo submissions from March 30th, 2015 until April 30th, 2015. Voting will open May 1st, 2015 and will close on May 17th, 2015. Contestants are encouraged to share their photo submission with friends, family and peers, while voting is open. The contestant with the most votes on their photo will be announced on May 22nd, 2015 and will win the C-more Software 6.0 (valued at $99) and EA9 HMI Touch Panel (6-inch color TFT, part number EA9-T6CL-R, valued at $499).

To enter, participants must visit library.automationdirect.com/show-us-why-you-need-an-hmi-upgrade , enter a valid e-mail address, upload a photo, enter a caption for their photo, and click “Enter.”

The first twenty entries will receive a free mobile device charger, just for entering. To win, the contestant must get the highest total of votes; anyone may vote for one entry per day for the duration of the contest. The contest is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age and older.
